Community-based Services for at-Risk Families

Funded through Cuyahoga County’s Division of Children and Family Services, this program provides supportive services to foster and adoptive families, identifies families in crisis through community referrals and self-identification and advocates for families to prevent the need for County involvement. We also help parents whose children have been removed from their home to navigate the system and work toward successful reunification. A professional team of social workers links families to hundreds of services in the community. West Side Community House also has family-friendly unsupervised visitation space.

West Side Community House’s service area for this contract covers residents of the following zip codes: 44102, 44109 and 44113.
