WFRN

Five full-time MSW-level social workers working for and at WSCH identify families in crisis and meet their needs through groups and individual services and supports through the Family-to-Family program. WSCH social workers make thousands of referrals each year to the member agencies of the Westside Family Resource Network (WFRN) for services that assist families in crisis.

West Side Community House is the lead agency and fiscal agent for WFRN. WFRN is a 19 member collaborative of west side agencies providing wraparound and reunification services to families based on the Family-to-Family model begun by the Annie E. Casey Foundation in 1994.
