Music Video Field Trip Permission Slip

The Summer of Sisterhood students will be going to Cleveland Museum of Arts to record our annual music video. The girls will be accompanied by the SOS staff all day. Lunch will be provided. There are 2 options for transportation for the girls to get to the shoot, parents can drop off and pick up girls directly to the museum or they can be transported with the staff.
