Everyone knows that exercise has many benefits including decreasing your risk of heart disease, diabetes and other chronic illness. But did you know, it also makes you look and feel younger?

WSCH offers a variety of exercise programs geared for those who are active to those who need a more modified program.  These programs and activities are made possible by grants from the Cuyahoga County Division of Senior & Adult Services and Community West Foundation.
