Executive Director, Dawn Kolograf, first came to WSCH as an undergraduate field placement student in 1976. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Kent State and was hired as the first cook for the Friendship Senior Center, then worked as Elderly Services programs coordinator until 1978. After earning her MEd from Cleveland State University, Dawn returned to WSCH in 1991, and became director of the agency.
Associate Director, Terry Weber, has been with the agency since1980. She began her career at WSCH as an outreach worker/driver while pursuing her undergraduate degree at Cleveland State University. She became the senior center coordinator and moved on to be the director of Elderly Services, the director of Family Services and then was appointed associate director in 1996. In 2001, she earned a Masters in Public Administration from the Cleveland State University Maxine Goodwin-Levin College of Urban Affairs.
Director of Youth & Children's Programs, Kathy Smith, joined WSCH in 2007. Since 1991 she was the director of First Church Child Care Berea. She has been in the child care field for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea.
Senior Program Coordinator, Yvette Medina, grew up in WSCH’s youth programs. Her tenure began in the agency's Youth Weatherization Program in the early 1980’s. In 1988, she joined the Friendship Senior Center Staff and in 1992 she was named the Senior Program coordinator.
System of Care Supervisor, Rachelle Milner, holds an MSSA degree from Case Western Reserve University. Rachelle oversees the Family-to-Family program which is a part of the Westside Family Resource Network and has been at WSCH since 2003.
